We know that stress takes a toll on everybody. News from researcher, Pam Factor-Litvak, PhD, Department of Epidemiology at Columbia University, reports that high stress levels in men may reduce the quality of their sperm and cause fertility problems. It is fascinating that job stress did not affect the quality of the semen, but interestingly enough, psychological and life stressors did. Nevertheless, job stress lowered testosterone levels, which might also affect fertility.
