Kirsten O. Healy, MD, FACC

Dr. Healy is an attending cardiologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical Center. She received her undergraduate degree at Brown University where she graduated with honors and earned her MD from SUNY Upstate Medical University where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She was awarded the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Award from the American Medical Women’s Association and did her postgraduate training in the Department of Medicine at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, ultimately serving as the chief resident. During that time, she was elected Medicine Consult of the Year and won the Columbia University Gold Foundation Teaching Award. Most recently she received the American Heart Association Women in Cardiology Trainee Award for Excellence as well as the American Heart Association Laennec Young Clinician Award.
